Protocols and Guidelines for your Protection during Covid-19 Coronavirus Pandemic

Due to the evolving variants, we encourage everyone to continue to practice social distancing and masking when and where necessary. In addition, if you are feeling ill and/or have a fever and other symptoms, refrain from being around others which could potentially put them at risk.

The best defense against illness is maintaining a healthy mind, body and spirit. This involves giving the mind a diet of good thoughts, feeding the body with pure foods coupled with regular exercising, and striving to stay connected with our Creator.
